Felicia Allingham was born in St. Anthony, NL. She currently resides in Goose Bay, Labrador. Felicia is of Inuit and English descent and is a beneficiary of the Nunatsiavut Government.
Felicia has worked at Charles J Andrew Healing Centre since 2012. Her past responsibilities at CJAY include Finance and Human Resource Management. Felicia has excelled in her roles at CJAY and now fulfills the role of the Executive Director since 2019. Her love for children and passion for helping others and believing in CJAY's programming play a huge role in her success with the organization and fulfilling our mission in improving the lives of our Indigenous people.
Felicia has a diploma in Business Administration and holds certifications in Finance, Human Resources and Health Management. Gaining these professional certifications has helped the organization in maximizing resources, strengthening decision making, human resource management and enhancing the delivery of our program and services and leadership.
Ms. Allingham has two children, three granddaughters and a grandson. Her passions include her love for her family, continuous learning, and living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
