Overview
The Elder or knowledge keeper to provide traditional teachings, guidance and support for 7 consecutive days at the land-based camps through cultural ceremonies, practices and activities according to First Nations, Innu & Inuit customs and traditions.
Responsibilities
- May include leading sharing circles, offering prayer and spiritual ceremonies according to traditions and culture, hunting, fishing, gathering, storytelling and teachings of respecting the land and all it offers.
Qualifications
- Must live a healthy lifestyle and provide a current criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
Benefits
