Journey to Wellness
and Recovery

Experience our transformative programs combining traditional practices, emotional growth, and support for lifelong recovery.

Clinical Approach

Holistic Clinical Care for Trauma Recovery and Sustainable Wellness

Clinical component of our programs provides holistic addiction care, blending cultural therapies, harm reduction, and emotional healing. Using tools like the Drug Use Screening Inventory (DUSI) and Native Wellness Assessment (NWA), we focus on trauma recovery, life skills, coping strategies, and comprehensive aftercare planning for sustained wellness.

Nutshimit Approach

Nature-Inspired Healing for Emotional, Spiritual Growth, and Long-Term Well-Being

Our Nutshimit component is one of the key components of our 12-week holistic healing approach, integrating land-based cultural practices with therapeutic care. Through Nutshimit, we foster emotional expression, coping skills, and trauma recovery in a natural setting, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being for long-term recovery.

Adult Program

Our 12-week Adult Program offers a comprehensive healing journey addressing addiction, trauma, and emotional well-being. Through psychoeducation and cultural practices like Nutshimit, we support participants in achieving holistic wellness and long-term recovery.

Toddler Program

Our Toddler Program nurtures emotional and social development through play-based learning and culturally relevant activities, providing a safe environment that fosters healthy relationships, attachment, and foundational skills for lifelong wellness and resilience.

Youth Program

Our Youth Program promotes belonging and holistic healing within an Indigenous wellness framework, ensuring that every young person feels important and protected. We foster community support, resilience, and personal growth, empowering youth for a brighter future and lasting well-being.
